We are happy to announce Eggplant Gateway 25.4.7-0018 (November 06, 2025). This release of Eggplant Gateway contains the following enhancements and defect fixes:
You may see differences in the exact Eggplant Gateway build listed here and in the version you see installed on your system, or on the Eggplant Functional About panel, for example. The contents of any build of the 25.4.7 version should contain the functionality listed here unless otherwise specified. The build is the number you see to the right of the dash in the version.
Eggplant Gateway for Citrix
Eggplant Gateway 25.4.7 introduces a browser-based connection through the Citrix HTML5 client. This update enhances Citrix support as follows:
- Eliminates the need for a native Citrix Workspace installation.
- Removes the Windows 32-bit dependency for the Citrix connection (HTML5), enabling you to start Citrix connections with the 64-bit version of Eggplant Gateway.
- Resolves an artifact issue observed during test execution.
- Implements mouse scroll wheel support.
- Adds support for US keyboard layout (additional layouts to be introduced in future releases).

Eggplant Gateway for RDP
- Resolves an issue where RDP connections to Windows 11 SUTs with multi-monitor enabled displayed only a single monitor screen. (CRD-1904)
Eggplant Gateway for Appium
- Adds the ability to launch an iOS simulator connection using the EPF iOS mobile connection.
- Adds partial WebDriver support for iOS simulators.
